The consultation process is one of the most important stages in the design of your new home. Our Design Consultant will compile a design brief for your new home by taking you through an extensive requirements questionnaire. This covers not just the physical space requirements, but also the style and feel you prefer. Once completed an initial design and layout will be created by our in-house architect. A formal quotation is provided at this point.
Project Management Service.
Our team is made up of some of the most experienced and professional people in the building industry. We will project manage the various processes of design and estimating to ensure that you have a smooth transition through planning to building and construction.
Interior Design.
We will work with you to ensure that every detail of your home will function just as you expect it to and that all your textures, surfaces and colours have a professional style and flow, that only a qualified interior designer can give you.
Warranties.
Busby Homes provide a standard 7 year structural warranty on your home. All our suppliers provide warranties for their building products and appliances. A comprehensive guide explaining the cover can be supplied to you.
